My coaching and personal philosophy is to – Coach On Mission and Embrace Challenges.

Coaching On Mission means to: Point people to Jesus – teach – serve – be humble – be kind – be confident – be adventurous – take risks – be a good listener – have passion – stay focused – and help others reach their potential.

Embrace Challenge means to: always compete – be mentally tough – be enthusiastic – be energetic – stay focused on the task – be curious – work hard – be bold – be brave.

Colossians 3:23

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.

My Coaching Philosophy:

Coach On Mission and Embrace Challenges.
